The electric grid distributes power to homes and businesses, ensuring everything operates smoothly. Similarly, your bioenergy distributes life force power throughout your body, keeping your organs, mind, and emotions functioning properly. A disruption in the grid leads to power outages, just as too much charge can cause pain and inflammation or not enough flow can cause illness or fatigue.
Just as Wi-Fi is invisible yet connects all your devices and allows them to function, bioenergy connects all parts of your body and allows your physical, emotional, and mental systems to communicate and work together. If your energy field is disrupted, like Wi-Fi going down, everything starts to lag or malfunction. Have a headache, or pain in the knees, not enough energy etc. there's a disruption in the electrical stability of your structure. I like making analogies because they make it easier for us to comprehend something as seemingly elusive as our energy body. In this blog post I’ll share an experiment I did that demonstrates visibly how energy was directed in a way that impacted the oxidation process on fruit.
We often forget that our bodies are not just physical entities but also run by our energetic systems. Our heart is among the first organs to show electrical activity in a developing fetus and also generates the strongest EMF field of any organ in the body. Just as we rely on food, water, and sleep to fuel our daily activities, our body’s energy field, or bioenergy, plays a crucial role in our overall well-being. But what exactly is bioenergy, and how can it apply to our everyday lives? Let’s explore how tuning into this often overlooked aspect of ourselves can lead to a more balanced, healthier, and harmonious life.
What is Bioenergy?
Bioenergy refers to the flow of energy within and around the body. Ancient practices like acupuncture, Reiki, and qigong have long recognized this subtle yet powerful energy system, calling it chi (in Chinese) or prana (in Indian traditions). Modern science has begun to catch up, with bioenergy therapies gaining recognition for their ability to promote healing and maintain balance by working with the body’s energetic field.
Our bioenergy can become blocked creating overcharge or depleted or undercharged due to stress, illness, poor lifestyle choices, as well as our thoughts and emotions. When the flow of bioenergy is disrupted, it can manifest as physical discomfort, emotional imbalance, or a general sense of unease.
Much like a computer system, consciousness acts as the director of energy, (atoms) guiding where and how it flows within and around us. By focusing our thoughts, intentions, or awareness on specific areas whether physical, emotional, or mental we influence how energy moves, creating either balance or disruption depending on our mindset and attention.

Move Your Body: Physical movement helps keep your energy flowing. Whether it's yoga, tai chi, or a brisk walk in nature, moving your body daily ensures your energy stays active and unblocked, it’s meant to flow.
Practice Mindful Breathing: Deep, conscious breathing can quickly realign your energy. Whenever you feel stressed or unbalanced, take a few moments to close your eyes, inhale deeply through your nose, and exhale slowly a smidge longer through your mouth, regulating the central nervous system. This tool is with you always and it’s free!
Energy Cleansing Rituals: Use tools like sage smudging, sound healing (tuning forks, singing bowls) it's all frequency or even a bath with sea salt, or high vibing teas such as peppermint, lemon balm, or chamomile to cleanse and reset your energy field, especially after a long or emotionally taxing day.
Regular Energy Check-Ins: Make it a practice throughout the day, to pause and check in with your energy. Are you feeling drained, tense, or scattered, maybe you're feeling good. If not, take a moment to realign by focusing on your breath, stretching, get it moving or stepping outside to reconnect with nature.
Before we warp, the photo below as I mentioned, visually demonstrates how energy practices will have an impact on the biology. This is the second time I've done this experiment and both times it demonstrates in the same exact way. I gave these slices 7 days sealed within a jar, each labeled accordingly, because words carry different frequencies and intention. The one to the right with its kinder words was reiki-ed on quickly twice daily and sent loving and slow oxidation intention and the other was spoken to unkindly and basically ignored. It’s pretty obvious which one oxidized more quickly in the seven days.
