Reiki, is a holistic bio-energetic practice that focuses on balancing the body's energy to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being for the purpose of restoration, healing and relaxation.

Here are some of the key concepts you can expect to learn in this Reiki Level 1 class:

- Learn about the origins, principles and ethics of Reiki.

- Explore the energy system and chakras.

- Receive the sacred Level One Reiki attunement to activate your ability to channel Reiki energy.

- Practice self-healing and restoration techniques and basic hand positions.

- Gain confidence in offering Reiki to others in a supportive, guided environment.

Reiki Level 1 is often seen as an initiation into the world of energy healing. It provides a solid foundation for those who wish to continue their Reiki journey by taking Level 2 and beyond, which involves learning more advanced techniques and symbols for distant healing and emotional healing, among other skills.

This workshop is designed to empower you with practical skills and a deeper connection to the healing energy of Reiki, leaving you with the tools to begin your own self-healing journey and share this gift with others. A certificate of completion for Reiki Level One will be provided.

Join us to unwind your creative! This creative afternoon includes some of our favorite things - a fun hand build pottery project, tea and scones! Designed to nurture your inner artist while enjoying the simple pleasures in life, enjoy the mindful processes of creating hand built wall pockets as you connect with likeminded women. A fun fusion of creativity, community and culinary treats!

For this UnWine Your Creative, we'll be forming and painting wall pockets. After the event, the pockets will be fired + clear glazed for you, and you'll return to pick up your final creations a week or two later! Grab your girlfriends and come enjoy creating a wall pocket, tea and scones, and embrace a creative community!
