Mighty Is Its Power
Mighty Is Its Power
By, Donna Daacke
So tiny yet with might enough to make a man weep.
Its forces of conviction are unstoppable.
Bringing with it the power to mend the deepest of wounds
while illuminating the darkest of hearts.
Radiating a warmth brighter than all of the sun's rays.
It generates the strength of a locomotive
while remaining vulnerable in the most fragile of ways.
It doesn’t tolerate divisiveness and is instinctually inclusive.
It doesn’t choose it just generously is.
It may appear elusive but only when instructed by illusion.
In truth it’s abundance is infinite, beautifully filling
an empty space spilling over with its delight.
Bridging hearts so full they burst
carving an opening to pure perfection.
Love a tiny little word capable of changing the world.
Connecting with the vibration of love is a form of meditation or prayer and can be powerful in offsetting stress and charging up the immune system. Emotional energy works faster than the speed of thought. Your heart more than a muscle it is a sensory organ with its own nervous system that sends out power messages to the body. Making time to connect with the vibration of love daily, gives you an automatic healthy dose of the bio-chemicals necessary for maintaining optimal strong immunity.

Exercise - Ten Fingers Of Gratitude
I like this because gratitude puts us in the frequency of love and as with all things you have to flex your muscles to keep strong.
Instead of thinking of only a couple of things which most can do, count on each of your ten fingers something that you're grateful for at that moment. You'll pleasantly discover the little things that you may have overlooked normally and you hold that space for longer. Try making it a practice at least once a day at the same time like waking up or before sleep so it can offer a regular benefit. But, don't stop there, flex that muscle and offer it to your well-being often throughout the day!
Sending so much love and gratitude for each and every one of you that has encouraged my writing it means the world to me!
