What we Think About Comes About
Hi Friends,
Just a minute, hold on, wait, back it up, pause, in a second. All of these phrases and others that anyone can possibly think of describes to us exactly what it is we’re doing currently. We have hit the pause button on our regular activities.
The shift comes from instead of asking ”what do I have to do today?” to ”what can I do today?” I invite you to think about what that means for you.
Remember that energy follows thought, so we’re working on thinking about what it is we want to bring about for ourselves and our world.
Today I bring to you a Mindful Monday vlog, oh the many ways to get your message across!
I am thinking today about the love and healing we are collectively bringing to our world. I am finding gratitude for all of those that are the front liners currently serving to keep us comfortable, nourished, and safe with much function as is possible as we rest in our homes. I know these are tough times in various ways for many, but I encourage you to think about what you can do to bring about healing to yourself and the world.
Knowing that we are not going through this alone is truly a blessing. Stay healthy, and reach out if you're having a particularly tough day.
